A new large-scale multifunctional project, , is being launched on Batumi's beachfront, with planned investment of $250 million. The project combines residential, investment and resort infrastructure and aims to establish a new standard for large-scale development on Georgia's Black Sea coast.

is being developed by three Georgian business groups: Ibercompany Holding, Grande Group, and Mziuri Development. This collaboration brings together years of expertise across development, construction, hospitality, energy, manufacturing, and other business sectors.

The project's architectural concept was designed by Davit Gogichaishvili and his architectural studio, Hausart. The studio's portfolio includes several major hotel and multifunctional projects in Georgia, including the Paragraph Hotel, Batumi Tower and the Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace hotel.

Corall Seaside Resort is located at 1 Queen Tamar Avenue, directly on the beachfront. Its location provides easy access to central Batumi and key tourism and transport destinations, with the central railway station just a few minutes away, and Old Batumi and the Batumi Botanical Garden approximately 10 minutes away.

The project occupies an 11,300-square-metre seafront site. Its architectural centerpiece comprises 55 and 52-floor towers, incorporating residential apartments and various functional spaces.

The developers' concept sees Corall Seaside Resort going beyond creating a simple residential complex: it is being developed as a complete seaside resort environment, where living, leisure, hospitality and investment opportunities are brought together in harmony.

The planned infrastructure includes a 5-star hotel, a private yacht club, direct access to a private beach, swimming pools, spa and wellness facilities, sports and leisure areas, entertainment zones for adults and children, business and commercial spaces, and cafes and restaurants.

The project comes at a time of continued growth in Georgia's tourism market. According to the Georgian National Tourism Administration, international travel generated a record $4.69 billion in 2025, marking a 6% increase compared to the previous year. In the same year, 5.52 million international tourist visits were recorded in Georgia.

Growth dynamics are also evident in Batumi's residential real estate market. According to Galt & Taggart's 2025 review, the number of residential apartment transactions in Batumi grew by 15% annually to 17,478 units, while total market value grew by 23.8% to reach approximately $1.3 billion.

Against this backdrop, Corall Seaside Resort is well positioned as a large-scale residential and investment development combining coastal living, hospitality, leisure, and resort infrastructure.
