Silk Development is the General Partner of the Tsinandali Festival, taking place from September 3鈥13 at the historic Tsinandali Estate.
For Silk Development, supporting the festival forms part of a broader long-term vision for Tsinandali Estate bringing together cultural heritage, contemporary architecture, and internationally significant cultural projects within one destination.
The next major phase in the development of Tsinandali Estate will include a new concert hall, hotel, and park. The master plan is being developed by the internationally acclaimed architecture studio Kengo Kuma & Associates, led by the firm's Vice President Yuki Ikeguchi, together with renowned landscape architect Vladimir Djurovic.
Designed to accommodate an audience of 1,200, the new venue will expand Tsinandali Estate's capacity to host larger-scale musical and cultural events. Construction is expected to begin soon.
